Are my cleaners trained and supervised?Our team is well-trained and fully capable of taking care of your home or business during and after your cleaning. We take pictures of your space before and after your cleaning to ensure not only your satisfaction but ours as well. You can trust us to provide exceptional service every time

Where can I make my payment for my cleaning?Our payment option is conveniently set up for you to make payments for your cleaning online once your quote is completed based on the square footage of your home or office. Our payment system ensures a hassle-free experience, by sending an invoice to your email address provided to make your payments thru Paypal. All accepted payment methods will be listed in the invoice link.

Do I need to provide my own cleaning supplies?You do not need to keep any cleaning products on hand, as our team will provide all necessary cleaning materials to ensure your home or office is cleaned to perfection! This includes everything from cleaning solutions to specialized tools. Additionally, if there are specific cleaning products that you prefer us to use, simply inform your cleaner before the appointment, and we will be happy to accommodate your request. Please be advised that we do not use bleach to avoid any stains or damage and our team will also use your home vacuum to avoid cross contamination between our clients' homes/businesses to ensuring a seamless and efficient service is completed.

Can my pets be out while my cleaning is taking place?While we love pets, we want to ensure their safety during our cleaning process. We kindly ask that all pets or animals be placed in their designated cages or areas away from the areas being cleaned. Please note that we do not clean up any animal waste, but we can clean around their area upon request.

Do I tip my cleaners?Our cleaning staff are paid employees and do not work off of commission. Our goal is to provide exceptional service and satisfaction to our customers, and any tips given are greatly appreciated but not expected.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning service?It is your choice to be home during your cleaning, but giving us access to your home is important. The majority of our customers provide us with a key or code to enter their home or leave their key in a safe place agreed upon with our staff. For customers set up on a recurring plan, they provide us with a key to store in our lockbox, which only management has access to. This ensures a seamless and convenient cleaning experience for you while maintaining the security of your home.

What happens if my planned cleaning falls on a holiday?If your appointment falls on a holiday, we will speak to you in advance to make arrangements to clean your home on another day that same week.

What if I notice that the cleaning service missed a spot in my home or office?We take pride in delivering thorough cleaning services, but we understand that oversights can happen. If you notice an area that was missed or not cleaned to your satisfaction, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment. We will promptly send a team to fix or clean the overlooked spot at no additional cost to you.
